Baking Essentials: Danish Pastries
With our expert Pastry Chef as your guide, take a delicious journey into the art of producing traditional Danish pastries. In this comprehensive hands-on class, you’ll create indulgent sweet pastries filled with vanilla crème pâtissière, frangipani, apple and sultana, and fruit fillings.
Discover the secrets and techniques behind multilayered and laminated pastry production as each step is carefully demonstrated and explained. You’ll gain the confidence to produce faultless sweet pastries and professional-quality fillings in your own kitchen.
At the end of the class, take home everything you bake and receive a digital certificate of attendance.

- A 30-minute lunch break is included; please bring a light lunch or snacks.
- Please bring suitable containers to transport your baked goods home (no disposable containers provided).
