This class is for anyone curious about how their body really works and how to move through it with more intelligence, range, and responsiveness. Yin Yoga meets exploration, using long-held, targeted shapes to access lesser-used tissues, challenge your edges, and unlock new pathways through fascia, ligaments, and joints.
Rather than switching off, you will tune in. Expect a practice that is slow but active in its attention, building resilience, improving mobility, and sharpening awareness from the inside out. This is not just recovery, it is a strategic complement to how you train, move, and perform.
Perfect for:
- Circus artists and movers looking to refine body awareness and support longevity in their practice
- People wanting to improve joint health and flexibility through targeted connective tissue work
- Anyone who feels strong but stuck and wants to access deeper layers of mobility
- Those seeking a grounded but engaged start to the day, focused rather than floaty
What you will learn:
- How to engage a whole system approach to training, understanding how joints, fascia, breath, and nervous system interact
- Techniques to safely load and strengthen connective tissue, not just stretch it
- How breathwork can support mobility, regulation, and performance as an integrated tool
- Ways to identify and release tension in overlooked or underused areas of the body
- Strategies to support recovery and balance alongside strength, skill, or high intensity training
