I went to the American bbq school in centennial park yesterday with my son. Not only was it an entertaining afternoon, we learnt a lot and ate a lot. I only got into low and slow cooking a year ago and this school taught me a lot of new techniques that I will definitely use. Also bought a few rubs. Chef Ted and Chef Andre were great hosts. Highly recommend this to anyone. Thanks for a great afternoon.

My husband and daughter attended the class on Saturday and came home so excited, inspired, and very full. They both had a great time, enjoyed the experience, and are already talking about their next class. On Sunday night my husband did Tandoori chicken on the BBQ, a family favourite but used some tips he'd learned at BBQ class to improve the way he cooked the chicken.
